Here are the answers.

Contact support
Is Fastn free?

Fastn is free to download. Using it requires Fastn Premium, which includes every feature: a monthly subscription with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The App Store and Google Play show the price in your currency before you pay.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up, no email and no password. Fastn opens straight into a short setup, then to your timer.

Which fasting protocols does Fastn support?

12:12, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD (one meal a day) and a 36-hour extended fast, plus custom protocols with your own fasting and eating hours.

Is my data private?

Your fasts, weight and water are stored on your phone, not on a server. Fastn has no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Backups are files you save to your own iCloud Drive or Google Drive.

Is intermittent fasting safe for everyone?

No. Fastn is for adults 18 and over and gives general information, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before you start, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, take medication or have a history of eating disorders.
